The Torus Field
Humans, both as individuals and in groups, also are surrounded by a toroidal field. The axis of the field passes through the crown of the head and out the center of the groin. The strength of the field is directly related to the vitality of the person it surrounds. Each person’s torus in unique but also open to interconnecting with the fields of others.
The combined strength of human torus fields connecting together is best demonstrated when attending events or parties. . Our energy fields can create a sub-conscious kind of telepathy.

Hey, it's Lena, here is my story... since a child I was always restless and stressed. I realized I was never really relaxed until I tried the Buteyko breathing method, different breathing methods and Yoga. I was 13 years old when I moved from my country Bulgaria to Belgium, my first years there were very hard. I was so depressed, to a point that I wanted my life to end. As times went by I got more friends etc...but I was still unhappy within. I felt so trapped within my mind and disconnected from my body and my emotions. Since 15 years old I was going through a spiritual awakening, realizing what was happening in the world, researching about the secret societies, and studying esoterism, I was devastated inside to become aware at such a young age of the darkness and evil that is present here on Earth. At age of 19 I was introduced to the world of psychedelics. I took mushrooms for 2 years in a very sacred ritualistic setting, and they showed me things about myself I never knew, they made me feel divinely loved and saved me from the darkness and helped me heal my pain. They helped me realize a lot of myself and the world, but I still was going through very intense emotional states that created hypertension, hyper stress, panic attacks, confusion etc...I was unable to function properly in the world. I was looking for solutions, I became a Yoga Teacher, but still didn't understood the importance of the breath and how to breath properly, not until I learned about the Buteyko method. The science behind this type of breathing really got me intrigued, so I signed up and got trained on how to breath to heal all of the problems I had. After my first session it felt like I came back to my body after being gone and away for a very long time. It felt like coming back from a different dimension of existence. With consistent practice I started to get better and better, which made me realize this one thing, the breath is the key to life and vitality and our emotions, it's the very key to connection back to innerself, the innermost parts of our beingness and reestablishing that innerchild connection to our selves and the world around us. The way we breath impacts every function within us, the diaphragm and the speed at which we breath is directly connected to our emotions, correct breathing can heal our emotions and body on level that goes beyond anything. I have never felt better in my life, and now my purpose is to help others heal and awaken this inner perception of self awareness and self healing. Learn to breath the way we are meant to breath by the laws of Nature and awaken life to the fullest within you.
